Return Process

  Log into your KITS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
